drink 4 of those bottles and you’re at a gallon… that and you need to eat more. if those stats are even close to right - i would guess youre probably closer to a true 10% BF - then add 500 cals every day

I eat 2800-3200 Calories/day with about a 30/45/25 (protein/carbs/fat) ratio.
And I drink probably 2 32 oz bottles/day of water.
Should I be higher than this calorie wise?[/quote]
You need to eat.
A 400 calorie discrepancy is unacceptable for a serverly underweight person looking to put on weight.
How bout you make 3500 calories the BARE MINIMUM you take in. See if that doesnt fix your ‘problem’
Never snort creatine kids…
IMO creatine is an anti-oxidant and the muscle building effects are just a wonderful side benefit. Your most likely thinking to much into this although everyones body is different. If its an issue just dont take it and viola… problem solved

Agreed and In addition your fluid intake is ridiculously low. Of course your sore. You need water to flush the toxins. Bump fluid intake up to a gallon/day minimum and Im guessing you will see the majority of issues listed disappear

You dont eat enough to support the amount of work yuou do. Plain and simple.
Creatine is a non issue here.
Creatine is not some new supplement that the world is still trying to figure out.
If you made this post and left out the pyscho-babble about your ‘cycles’ of creatine, every single reply in this thread would have been ‘eat more’ or ‘post your diet’.
It’s simply not the case that you are the one person to present all the ‘side effects’ of under eating and not have that as the primary culprit.

Damn.
And here I was thinking it was because he wasn’t putting the creatine in his socks.
