I just got the combat conditioning and combat abs book today …I found the hindu squats to be pretty complicated…have some trouble getting used to them…anyone else with this problem?
Tan, the description in the book doesn’t do the exercise justice. I found Matt’s Fitness Tips newsletter to have a better description. Go to the web site info I listed for Dustin below this. It contains more info on how to do the “Royal Court” of exercises. That should help.
