I have been bulking, Im on week three of a 10 week bulk phase. I might keep going after week 10 it just depends on how my body is reacting, and what my lifts are doing. My powerlifting goals are posted along with my first pic posted. In terms of bodybuilding, I just want to add as much mass as possible. I also want to get better using my squat briefs, I havent used them in a couple weeks and I think they will be tighter, which is better, this weekend when I squat back at my gym.
weighing in at 197, bench is at 270, pull is at 415, and squat is at 430, im feeling pretty good with this bulk phase im doing and my numbers are going up as my weight goes up. As for the squat i probabily could have gone heaver but i decided to call it a day because my knee was a little sore, other than that everything esle is going pretty good.
Updated pic, just try to keep in mind that i powerlift with a few bodybuilding type exercises thrown in. Weighed in at 193 in this pic, and my lifts are now up to 430 squat, 270 bench, 415 dead.

I thought he was talking about powerlifting because i had mentioned it in my first post, ya i have no intentions of doing any bodybuilding shows in the near future, though maybe someday. I know its obvious that my body needs a lot of work bodybuilding wise, but I thought it would be cool to keep track on my size and changes while training for powerlifting, and get some input on how i look and based on that making the decision to possibly get into bodybuilding.
Nice gains. You look like you have more in you for the deadlift. Have you checked out Mark Rippetoe’s deadlift video? You look like your starting unnecessarily low in your deadlift considering your leverages and wasting energy getting to the point you could start at with good form.
