I really wish I could make the trip to Columbus this year to see USC and OSU, but I am unable to. My alumni association can hook me up with tickets but I just can’t get my ass out there. I hope this freshman quarterback can do something this year.

I am a die hard Tennessee fan, hopefully Lane Kiffin can turn the ship around from last year. Our QB’s are so bad I dont see us winning that much though, 8-4 at best.

Yeah Rocky Top is a great tradition, I’m hoping Lane gives a boost to the program.
UGA
GO DAWGS!
Bulldogs are going to shock the world this year. Whenever they enter the season ranked in the teens they end up having a great year. They are going to fly under the radar for the first part of the season and constantly be billed as the underdog, which is exactly when this team shows up and crushes people.
Their offense is going to be extremely solid, even after losing knowshon and stafford. Joe Cox is a 5th year player who knows that system better than anyone, and led the team to a comeback win vs colorado his freshman year. He’s got stones. His receivers are ridiculous. AJ Green may very well end up being the best receiver to ever play between the hedges, Marlon Brown is a freak, and Israel Troup is finally going to get regular minutes.
The schedule is insane. Opening @ #9 OK State?! No 1AA fluff teams this year!
Its going to be a good year.
Fuck Florida. Tim Tebow likes to put penis in his mouth.
Gators. And Tebow winning #3 Championship and #2 Heisman, making him the greatest College football player ever.

Fight On! Lets hope SC can continue to put the smack down on the Big 10!

I’m an Oklahoma alum. We’re going to be in the boonies for the season opener v. BYU, so I’m forcing my family to drive to civilization to watch the game.[/quote]
Boomer Sooner! OU alum here as well. I’m flying out Saturday from DC to checkout the game in Dallas! I just hope we can carry something into the post season this year…
The only thing I’m not looking forward to is a full season of Tim Tebow getting verbal blow jobs from every announcer in the country…

Gotta be the toughest schedule in College Football this year…Most teams, like Florida start off against shitbums.Charleston Southern and Troy Florida. Vols start with Western Kentucky, but then they ramp up big. The only game UGA has that is weak is Tenn. Tech and maybe Kentucky depending on how they are playing. Gonna be a fun and tough season cannot wait for kickoff.
MODOK hopefully VOL Nation can catch Florida sleeping because of their first two games. I will be watching that game closely and will be rooting for the VOLS, GAWD I hate you guys but love that Rocky Top Song, I hate myself for it shit is too damn catchy.

Seriously the kid is good but he will be in a long line of outstanding Florida QB’s that amount to a hill beans in the NFL. They really need to stop riding this kids jock is it disturbing.
Kansas State baby…Bill Snyder is going to make the Cats a tough, physical team AGAIN!
But I did grow up in Nebraska…so I do root for the Huskers (except when they play my alma matter that is!). Both teams should be exciting…I pick Nebraska to win the north and the Cats to finish even steve at 6-6.
When does “Any Given Sunday: The Prequel” come out?
Texas. Predictions anyone? Longhorns and Gators in BCS championship game. Because obviously Sooners can’t hang in the big games. Losses to Texas and Gators last year alone. :). Hype only goes so far. Still got to play the game.

I can’t tell exactly, but there may be some sarcasm there seeing as Texas and UF were pretty damn good last year…
Otherwise, you make a good point… still got to play the game. Texas vs. Texas Tech - Game Recap - November 1, 2008 - ESPN.
If Texas could hang in the “big” games, like the ones that get you into Championships (Big XII is a good start), then maybe they would’ve had their shot at UF last year…
I had a feeling you would reply to this. I admit I am a still a little sore about last year. Also my big problem with college ball. If a team that gets beat by 10 pts can go to the championship game due to style points is seriously messed up. Should be determined on the field not in the press box. Look what Utah did to Alabama in a bowl game.
Let’s go 'EERS! I went to West Virginia University as an undergraduate so I will be supporting the Mountaineers.

But he wins championships for the Gators. Look at the career he’s had in college and it can’t really be topped.
Who gives a rats ass if he’ll do anything in the NFL? This is COLLEGE football, and he’s king of the hill right now.
