College Football Stack Advice

Hey guys,
I am getting my supplement program together for spring and summer training before football season, and am looking for some help. I’m 20 years old and play D-III college football in a competetive league. One disadvantage i have is that for part of my schooling i have been sailing on a container ship in the pacific ocean for the past 4 months where workout conditions are less than ideal.

I am trying to get back to where i was last season physically and then some. I play defensive back so maintaining speed and strength is key. I understand supplementation is exactly that, SUPPLEMENTATION, and that without hard work and a healthy diet it doesn’t mean anything.

Right now i am going with:

Pro-Vite (multi)
NO-Shotgun (pre-workout)
NO SyntheSize (during and post-workout)
Met-Rx Metamyosin Protein blend
Fish Oil
Flaxseed Oil

I just started using the NO shotgun and synthesize products for the first time, and they seem to be good so far. If anyone could give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Whether its something i should leave out, something i should definitely add, or just a pointer for best times to utilize these supplements, its all profit.

Thanks guys

dude…why not replace everything that arent Biotest supplements with Biotest supplements. When SR came out I WISHED I had it when I played college…When SWF came out I wished the same thing…When Anaconda came out…I fucking prayed there was a way to go back in time with the supps I have now and the ability I had then.

What is the point of posting a picture in this question?

just looking for some advice man, no need to be a dick, just wanted to let people know i have actually worked out before

How was my post at all rude? It was a serious question. I think most would be able to make the connection that a college level football player has worked out before.

Awfully sensitive for only 5 posts, especially when searching for wisdom.
