Hey all,
I like to have a cup of coffee in the morning, and a protien shake to drink on my way to work. Lately I’ve been making my coffee the night before putting it in the fridge and adding it to my shake in the morning. It tastes really great, almost like one of those coffee drinks from Starbucks.
Does any one know if the acids in the coffee will mess with the protien?
