First, I just listened to Coach Thibaudeau on the EliteFTS Table Talk - it was excellent. The amount that I personally learn each time I hear Coach speak is astounding and appreciated.
Also, has anyone jumped on the Eternal Warrior Train Heroic app? Curious as to your thoughts on it. I did the Busy Person Training and loved it.
