CNS Fatigue (Need Help)

Hey Coach Thibs happy new year and merry Christmas to all peeps here wish you a pleasant year ahead full of great achievements

To jump straight into it I am a Type 2B confident who most of the time suffers from very bad sleeping patterns I am starting to get better these days since I had a lot of Anxiety issues which led to the sleep issues and my Doctor prescribed me with a med (Cipralex) 10mg it’s a reuptaker for serotonin balances it out

Concerning Training I have been doing a Pull/Push/Legs/shoulders split on non consecutive days I did put on some size and grow bigger but always always on training days I am not feeling my best always anxious about not sleeping good the night I do my training and it happens most of the time that the days I train I don’t sleep that good like the days I don’t train my body responds but my Nervous system not most of the time

What exactly is the relation since I am afraid it’s a negative loop that I could have sticked myself into to that and would love to hear any opinions from anybody who can help

@lou_smeets any help from you would be great Man my Chronotype is a Dolphin

Thanks

Why do you keep coming back to the same subject when I already answered it?

I don’t mind repeating myself every now and then but you need to put in some effort to absorb and process all the information that has been given to you on this forum.

Go to CT’s youtube channel and rewatch the video capsules on the type 2B. Search this forum for CT’s responses or other member coaches on anxiety/CNS fatigue and how to recover from it. Do some research of your own: Pubmed, Frontiers, NCBI, Sciencedirect, Neuron are all excellent online sources that offer free access to scientific and medical research.

I love helping people out but I simply do not have the time or mental energy to keep spoonfeeding someone with material I already discussed several times.
