If one were to take clomid WHILE using test injections, will the estrogen increase or decrease?
I had a doctor who was supposedly an expert who put me on this protocol. Estradiol was slightly higher, increased from like 22 to 30. However it pretty strongly increased my shbg for one. The other thing to remember with clomid too is since it’s binding to estrogen receptors, it’s competing with endogenous estradiol. And the effects of clomid are definitely not identical to estradiol. Personally it makes me feel absolutely awful.

How much did shbg increase and how much clomid a day?
It jumped from 30 to 45+ and I wasn’t even taking much clomid. He had me on 25mg every 3 days.
Same hear. Tried it for about 2 months as an experiment to see if it could substitute for HCG. Don’t remember the exact dosage or protocol. I believe it was 12.5 mg E3D. Did not prevent testicular shrinkage and I felt terrible the whole time. No lab tests with this experiment, just empirical observations. Won’t do that again!
