It was fucking great! I remember ordering 10 or 15 30-round magazines and a couple of thousand rounds of 5.56 the night before the election as an investment. I remember going to vote about an hour before the polls closed so that I could honestly say that I voted for Trump, because he seemed to be hated so badly by so many that I so strongly dislike. I remember beginning to watch the returns at home. I remember drinking some bourbon. I remember my wife falling asleep on the couch. I remember getting a text from a friend letting me know that he and some others were watching the returns at a local bar. I remember going to the bar before I got drunk. I remember staying up until about 6 a.m. and celebrating with a few friends after the bar closed(just before 2 a.m. or so). I remember one of the bartenders telling me he didn’t think I should drive home. I remember sleeping on a ratty couch above the bar. I remember waking up at about noon and finding a long string of text messages from my wife criticizing my actions. I remember going home and sleeping for a few more hours before I had to wake up for work.
Don’t even care about Trump, but it was so nice to see the people who seem to enjoy tormenting others get a little in return!

I’m inclined to give Zuckerberg the benefit of the doubt. Not only is he not going to be involved in the day to day of FB ad sourcing, he was up against the network of a foreign govt whose been practicing this shit since before he was born.

Chance of indictment for these people is virtually zero. If anything happens that would prove guilt, Trump will pardon and scream about saving his people from the witch hunt. His base eats it up and he can make the Dems look like the bad guy. Keeps republicans in Congress from ever having to stray from “do whatever it takes to piss off the Dems.”
If Trump pardoned his family members, I believe even this pathetically spineless GOP Congress would turn on him.

He still has the ultimate fallback of resign & Pence pardon. Then you have a GOP that is so willing to brush it under the rug they just let it go as long as Trump goes away.
I think that series of events would have a devastating effect on the electoral fortunes of the GOP (and they know it).
