Want to drop down from 4 pack level leaness to 6 pack level leaness in around 2 weeks

200mcg Clen ED vs 16mg Albuterol ED

No T3 because I won’t be running AAS.

Which would you run?

-200mcg of clen is a ridiculous dose
-clen should be run alongside aas as it will likely cause you to lose muscle along with the fat because it is NOT catabolic
-as for where you will find information, google.com is always a good place to start.

If you read through any of my posts you would realize that I do not condone the “500mg of test a week” template, although it may be good for someone with your level of understanding.

Hopefully you will show some wisdom and do some research. Otherwise, just use 200mcg of clen every day trying to get from “4 pack leaness to 6 pack leaness”. People like you are the reason these drugs are illegal.

I’ve never tried clenbuterol, much to my dismay. I have however used albuterol, and did not notice any results.
I tapered up to 4mg e.4.h. I ran it in conjunction with a caloric deficit, and did fasted morning cardio after I could feel my first dose kick in. My reasoning was, mobilized fatty acids from an overnight fast in conjunction with heightened beta oxidation aught to get me swole as bro, or so I had read.

I took the albuterol for two weeks during my last two weeks cutting, without the use of other pharmaceuticals.

I did not notice any results greater than what I was achieving prior to commencing the albuterol. Who knows if comparing it to a placebo would have revealed me losing a greater, statistically significant portion of fat, but I sure as fuck did not notice anything. Just made it harder to write with a pen for two weeks.

Admittedly, not the most helpful post as I cannot offer a comparison with clen, but my anecdote asserts that albuterol is poo.

Ive used clen up to a dose of around 180mcg, to be honest I could feel the impact it was having on my heart. I was getting heart palpitations from irregular rhythm, shaking hands, oddly I felt more cramps on 80mcg then on 180mcg. I was using chinese clen on the higher dose, I did not get any cramps.
I did not see any results either. Dont like clen and apparently albuterol is safer with a shorter half-life.
