Clen for Cutting

I plan on using clen to shed some bodyfat. I’ve done some research and found several ways to cycle it but the most common way seems to do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. But at what dosages should I run per day?

Also, while dosing clen, how many times a day should I perform cardio and what would be the best type of diet? Carb cycling? V-Diet? This will be my first time running clen so I want to be sure things on are done right.

Please post specifics.

If you are taking clen it needs to be done in conjunction with an AAS cycle. If not, you may lose a substantial amount of muscle mass.

Personally I am not a huge fan of clen. Albuterol is a better choice IMHO. However I always did a pyramid up in dosing starting off to determine tolerance for the drug. Usually up the dose by 20mcg/day until desired dose ir reached.

Right now I’m running clen with my cycle and my dosages are 40mcg - 3 days, 80mcg -
4 days, 120mcg - 7 days, 80mcg - 4 days, 40mcg - 3 days. I’m 6’1 220 so you might need to adjust it to you. I’m eating around 4,000 cals a day but more importantly I’m eating clean. I was told to do 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I’ll let you know my progress in 2 weeks when my cycle is over.
