What is the best diet to get shredded fast using Clen if already low bodyfat around 10-12%? Low calorie, low carb, keto, high carb, low fat? What Macros?

I have run clen a few times and the only thing I can say that it does for Shure is it makes me sweat in the gym. Keep in mind I am not 100% that I got clen and not some other ephedra based stimulant. I am sure I lost some fat but nothing worth noticing. I really think you would only get something out of it if you are already real low body fat and you are trying to loose that last little bit to walk across a stage. I don’t think it’s going to do a whole lot for the average person on a diet to loose a few vanity pounds.
@now_i_care I got the worst sweats too. Shakes real bad even at my starting dose. I felt like it worked pretty good for me though. Def not like cycling but a nice fat burner IMO if you’re willing to deal with the sides/risks.
I have done Clen a few times before with big succes. But always gain the weight back within 2-3 weeks. Now im looking for a faster way to shred with clen
Then you didn’t lose fat, you were just dehydrated. You need to ramp up the cardio on clen to take advantage of the additional burn it provides. You need to be eating clean and continue to eat clean after clen. If you did lose fat, then your diet is shit if you gained it right back.
I would go for 2-3 weeks straight. Ramp up to learn tolerance for newbies. But you used it before, so I would go straight to my dose and run 2-3 weeks.
As for your BF, I’d like to see photos. A person at 10% doesn’t eat shit and I’d expect them to have everything dialed in.
