I’m 188 cm tall, 80 kg, relatively lean (between 11-13% bf) and I’d like to start a clean bulk after my holiday. What weekly weight gain do you think it would be optimal?
I’m training with the 5/3/1 system 3 times a week with 2 soccer games in between and I’m following a simple carb cycling diet in according to my training.
