What does the bottle say? I think the usual recommendation is 3 1000mg caps a day at any time.

It says 1 cap 1-3x daily. I asked because in a full serving of Flameout there’s only ~400-500mg CLA, and I am kind of unfamiliar with the dosages for it.

From all the studies I’ve read, you have to take at least 3 grams to notice a difference.
The studies I’ve seen pointed to about 15% peak accelerated fat loss at a dosage of 3.4g per day.
This particular study did not measure protein synthesis, but I think it increases protein synthesis and muscle growth, at least that’s the only way I can explain certain gains in muscle size during periods of endurance training and using whey protein + CLA.
Of course, optimal dosage levels may vary for individuals, but I usually take about 3 grams per day.
