Chronic Pain Disappears on TRT?

I have chronic aching tight muscles in my traps and upper back. Very bad at night I can barely sleep and the knots can be felt and massaged very easily. I’ve suffered for a couple of years, done a cycle and the pain went them came back after, just done 2 injections of test 100mg each and proved to myself, pain was totally gone within a day of the first shot.
My normal t level is only 450ng and estrogen around 16pg/ml so it looks like it may be low estrogen causing these chronic muscle aches? I don’t seem to get any other benefits from test, still tired, brain fog, no libido. But it proves that my hormones arent normally ‘right’ if test solves this pain, anyone else had experiences with low test and this type of pain ?

I had terrible muscle pain when low testosterone. How do thyroid labs look, low thyroid function slows down every cell in the body including muscle tissue?

So solution is stay on TRT.

Free t3 was below mid range but in range and TSH was 2.45 so slightly elevated. Have been on nature thyroid for 3-4 months with zero improvement in symptoms although body temperature generally close to 37c now. Morning cortisol is only 12.5 on a range of 6 to 21 though which from my understanding should be closer to 21. My doctor won’t give me hydrocortisone told me to try pregnenolone which did nothing. Attached is cortisol results, all below mid range and I suspect a big part of my problem, but no idea how to fix this. My test levels used to be 750 so it might be my cortisol that ruined my other hormones? Reluctant to stay on trt as my levels are on the high end for replacement, but I am definitely symptomatic due to the pain thing.

I suffered for years from debilitating pain in my shoulders. Gave up on any kind of overhead press. Could barely do lateral raises. Shoulder day was a joke and I pretty much bowed out. I went a year where I could barely move my thumbs at all due to pain in my wrist. Within 3 days of taking my first 100mg shot of test all the pain in my shoulders was gone. I’m pain free now and it feels amazing. I’m convinced its estrogens role in tendon health. Estrogen is a powerful and important hormone that does far more than people talk about. Fyi, before trt my estrogen level was <5.
