I’m not getting into an argument about other countries. From my fist post in this thread i have only mentioned Egypt.

You have to understand that his great-great-great-great-grandfather was a Spanish Inquisitor.
He just cannot help it, its in his blood.

Nope, no Nazi’s like you.
In fact, one of my great-great-great-great-grandfathers was Syrian Arab. [/quote]
Oh my, he was probably a Nazi too.
You really do combine the worst heritages possible do you?
Maybe you could also discover a distant relationship to Vlad the Impaler, it would widen your options.
So that book is an insult to the religious beliefs they hold so dear?
“The Koran teaches that Jesus Christ, the Crucified, Risen Son of God, King of Kings and Lord of Lords was NOT the Son of God, nor was he crucified (a well documented historical fact that ONLY Islam denies). This teaching removes the possibility of salvation and eternal life in heaven for all Islam’s believers. They face eternal damnation in hell if they do not repent.”
Fair enough…
but those dimwits are in for a surprise when they read the Talmud,
or someone reads its to them…
quote:
Horrible Blasphemies Against Jesus Christ
While it is the standard disinformation practice of apologists for the Talmud to deny that it contains any scurrilous references to Jesus Christ, certain Orthodox Jewish organizations are more forthcoming and admit that the Talmud not only mentions Jesus but disparages him (as a sorcerer and a demented sex freak). These orthodox Jewish organizations make this admission perhaps out of the belief that Jewish supremacy is so well-established in the modern world that they need not concern themselves with adverse reactions.
For example, on the website of the Orthodox Jewish Hasidic Lubavitch group–one of the largest in the world–we find the following statement, complete with Talmudic citations:
"The Talmud (Babylonian edition) records other sins of ‘Jesus the Nazarene’:
- He and his disciples practiced sorcery and black magic, led Jews astray into idolatry, and were sponsored by foreign, gentile powers for the purpose of subverting Jewish worship (Sanhedrin 43a).
- He was sexually immoral, worshipped statues of stone (a brick is mentioned), was cut off from the Jewish people for his wickedness, and refused to repent (Sanhedrin 107b; Sotah 47a).
- He learned witchcraft in Egypt and, to perform miracles, used procedures that involved cutting his flesh, which is also explicitly banned in the Bible (Shabbos 104b).
Gittin 57a. Says Jesus is in hell, being boiled in “hot excrement.”!
Sanhedrin 43a. Says Jesus (“Yeshu” and in Soncino footnote #6, Yeshu “the Nazarene”) was executed because he practiced sorcery:
“It is taught that on the eve of Passover Jesus was hung, and forty days before this the proclamation was made: Jesus is to be stoned to death because he has practiced sorcery and has lured the people to idolatry…He was an enticer and of such thou shalt not pity or condone.”
Kallah 51a."The elders were once sitting in the gate when two young lads passed by; one covered his head and the other uncovered his head. Of him who uncovered his head Rabbi Eliezer remarked that he is a bastard. Rabbi Joshua remarked that he is the son of a niddah (a child conceived during a woman’s menstrual period). Rabbi Akiba said that he is both a bastard and a son of a niddah.
"They said, ‘What induced you to contradict the opinion of your colleagues?’ He replied, “I will prove it concerning him.” He went to the lad’s mother and found her sitting in the market selling beans.
"He said to her, ‘My daughter, if you will answer the question I will put to you, I will bring you to the world to come.’ (eternal life). She said to him, ‘Swear it to me.’
"Rabbi Akiba, taking the oath with his lips but annulling it in his heart, said to her, ‘What is the status of your son?’ She replied, ‘When I entered the bridal chamber I was niddah (menstruating) and my husband kept away from me; but my best man had intercourse with me and this son was born to me.’ Consequently the child was both a bastard and the son of a niddah.
“It was declared, '…Blessed be the God of Israel Who Revealed His Secret to Rabbi Akiba…”
In addition to the theme that God rewards clever liars, the preceding Talmud discussion is actually about Jesus Christ (the bastard boy who “uncovered his head” and was conceived in the filth of menstruation). The boy’s adulterous mother in this Talmud story is the mother of Christ, Blessed Mary (called Miriam and sometimes, Miriam the hairdresser, in the Talmud).
“and all the Balaam passages are anti-Christian in tendency,
Balaam being used as an alias for Jesus…”

Well, it did not take long for orion to find other bigot-buddies, like weby and this particular genius. Most Americans will not know the historic “Karl Lueger,” but orion will know this grand hypocrit and racist, since he no doubt passed his memorials in Vienna many times.
Now why does this “Karl Lueger” chooses to exercise his mindless cut-and-paste skills in a thread about a nutty pastor burning Korans? I guess that anti-Semitism, in this case taking the form of “Talmud hatred” needs no reason. And has none.
It would be enough to say that every piece of literature–religious and otherwise–has some ridiculous declarations, and no defense is necessary, particularly when no one considers them binding. But this is an opportunity to expose yet another cut-and-paste bigot.
The Talmud is a document in 63 tracts and one and one-half million words. It is the first hypertext; a disussion in one place may refence, or be contended, elsewhere in another tract, so there is no “quoting” a line in the Talmud as an authoritative decree. It records the arguments of the elders, and very often, there is no one authoritative opinion, but it is the dispute that is lesson and not the judgment. Minority opinions and wrong opinions are recorded and honored, and the document continues to be amended. When a “Talmud-hater” quotes a repugnant line, he quotes a “set-up:” it serves as the foil for the the dispute that follows which has contrary opinions.
So, far example, in the cut-and-paste reference to Gittin 57a, from a tract dealing with divorce, this “Karl Lueger” and the idiot website he plundered, does not indicate that it has nothing to do with Jesus or Christians, but specifically references a legend set in the time of the Emperor Vespasian, decades after Christ’s death. Balaam is just Balaam, and calling him the Christ is just a lie.
Or, as another example, the passage from Kallah–about brides–is tangential to some perceived reference to Christ, but has nothing to do with Mary or Christ. It is simply objectionable, and has nothing to do with the quote from Sanhedrin, which is imbedded in a dispute about the miscarriage of justice.
There is in no point in continuing this discussion, and I will certainly not do so with this pathetic Karl Lueger, or with weby or orion, who in aggregate, know as much about the Talmud as a pig knows about noodles.
But for the casual reader, even an repudiated two thousand year old prejudice must have an answer, and the Talmud provides many which express the unity, equality and brotherhood of all mankind. One just has to read it.

I did not post that much about the Talmud, I just mentioned that it has some downright interesting passages, but if most Jews ignore them, why shouldnt I.
As for you not debating with me, well you never did that when you responded to my posts so its not as if there has been a profound change.

Altering history seems to become a habit for you, but then cannabinoids do have a effect on the memory.
For example in:
http://tnation.T-Nation.com/hub/DrSkeptix#myForums/thread/4032238/
I responded to your distortion and your “source,” word for word, and you did the appropriate thing for someone with no defense and no facts…you hid. You never acknowledge your ignorance or when you are wrong, but consider yourself complimented, since, whether we speak of Abraham Lincoln, or of Navajos, or of Iraq sanctions, or of the Talmud’s interesting points, it is better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and to remove all doubt.
For readers at these forums, all doubt was removed, in your case, long ago.

Um, it was your drivel that started this exchange, there, Franzy. Clearly, you do a great job of posting “with pure bullshit” all on your Nazi own.
But I guess at least this most recent bowel movement of yours is in understandable (if not well-written) English.
Or, in words you’ll understand: “You really did write a good sentence this time, do you?”

Getting bored and hiding is not quite the same.
Lincoln was a criminal, the Talmud has some interesting passages about Jesus as well as Christians and the Iraqui sanctions were implemented because of the US and mainly carried out by US forces.
The fact that you want to discuss numbers is interesting, I wonder what you would think if I started to downplay numbers caused by my country.
You are missing the point, it is entirely irrelevant of it was 100000, 500000 or one million, America went apeshit because of a mere 3000, which, in the grand scheme of things is a drop in the bucket.
You can also blame that evil Hussein is to blame or the “cowardly” “terrorists” that choose to hide in the civilian populaton instead of engaging the American troops head on and being torn apart from miles away by “brave” American “heroes” (all of them), but that does of course also miss the point that that was a game the US deliberately chose to engage in without any apparent necessity.
I wonder what would happen if US federal troops “blockaded” a building block to starve out a gang, knowing full well that said gang was in control of the food supply, or opened fire in a crowded theater because 3-4 out of ten are alleged criminals.
The very things you so cavalierly accept in US foreign policy would be an outrage if the same narrative was used on American soil, causing the deaths of American citizens.
You would demand that heads roll and so do they.
The only difference is that they have the guts and teh initiative to go out and get the heads to roll themselves.
