Chocolate Fudge PB Protein Cups

thought i’d share this recipe with you guys. I’ve decided to bulk up even though its summer just so I can eat these by the dozen.

Ingredients:
5 scoops Chocolate Low-Carb Metabolic Drive
2 scoops Grow! Whey vanilla/cream flavor
1 box fat free/sugar free choc pudding/pie filling
8 tablespoons peanut butter

Step One: make the pudding with 2 cups water. let it gel.
Step two: Mix in all the protein. One scoop at a time works a little better in terms of mixing.
Step Three: pour batter into (12) cup cake tray
Step Four: put in freezer for an hour
Step five: microwave 8 tablespoons of PB then pour ontop of each cup cake
Step six: freeze for 2 more hours

Nutrient facts per fudge cupcake:
Calories: 134
Fat: 6.4 (less than 2g sat)
Carbs: 6.8
Protein: 15 grams

Next time i make them ill probably add another scoop or two of choc protein so i can get the protein per cake up a bit.

after you put the pb in them id freeze them for about an hour then move to the fridge. I left mine in for about 3 hours and now they’re hard as a rock. THey do warm up fast though if you leave them out.
