Taken it, not impressed for energy etc cup of coffee much better

i would not use it as a stand alone.
It would probably prove effective if taken with some green tea. and maybe some other fat loss products.
Perhaps if you could not tolerate HOT-ROX Extreme. or if you wanted to add some additional kick to regular HOT-ROX.
