Chobbs GETTING BIG AND LEAN

Just went to wal Mart and got some new stuff and a food scale…couldn’t find the Ezekiel bread tho

you’ll have to go to either a “fancier” grocery store or an all organic one like, whole foods or trader joes to find sprouted grain bread (ezekiel bread is just the name brand).

What Gato said

OK here is what I’ll want you to post every week

  1. Morning weight for every day of the week (lets pretend you start monday) – DO NOT POST YOUR WEIGHT EVERYDAY BUT AT THE END OF THE WEEK I WANT ALL 7 WEIGHTS. MORNING POST PISS AND SHIT WHATEVER. EMPTYEST STOMACH POSSIBLE lol

  2. How is the strenght going. No need to log the workouts, but you can if you want… I just want to have an idea of how its going. If you notice BIG increases in some exercises/bodypart and not much or even A DROP on others do tell me

  3. Measurements of 1) waist 2) arms 3) thights 4) chest

  4. How you feel overall

  5. Anything else you wanna share

Also, feel free to post ANY question you have thruout the week or whatever

Yea they do! Fun fact for the day…get a Kroger card and for every 100 dollars you spend, you get ten cents off your gas up to a dollar…saves me alot of money

Chobbs, you’re a part of one of the few remaining threads of the old School T-Nation feel.
Don’t waste your opportunity, relish the fact that your commitment could very well help other people.

Also, don’t be afraid to actually correspond with ZRAW, I’m sure if you’re feeling burned out he’ll dial it back and work with you, just please, don’t quit like jtownlax did, without even trying.

Seriously, good job.
Keep it up.
Glad to see the forums aren’t dead yet.[/quote]
Appreciate the positive words…really looking forward to a well planned out nutrition and training plan for the long term

Once you get used to this, you’ll never go back…

The diet looks really solid, though. Definitely following this.

I am surprised that there’s no creatine recommendation, I’ve thought it’s pretty nice for bulking. :stuck_out_tongue:
