Chipotle is delicious
and
I think it makes a great cheat meal if you’re out with a friend or something…
heres the deal.
I just did a chipotle burrito nutrition calculator to see what you get from eating it… and here’s what I read.
My specific burrito reads…
Obviously its not something you should eat regularly, but if you wanted something really spicy and large… wouldn’t this be a good cheat meal
Did I mention its delicious?
I dont eat this stuff anymore… but if I do pick a cheat meal I think I’m shooting for this.
can i see a picture of your burrito joburnet ;p no pun intended. -_- I love getting a full cup of the house hotsauce and drinking that with my burrito. hmm melting my face never felt so good.
Hangarbaby, I browsed through your other thread and there’s no way you are close to needing/earning “cheat meals.” The burrito is detrimental to your goals, period.
If you want to lose the weight, man up and stop thinking about fucking fast food.
mmm Chipotle. That better not be fast food quality for what you pay for a burrito.
Personally I dont see it as a cheat meal if you get the burrito bowl and skip the sour cream. Just a bit high in calories, but the protein is high, good fat from the gauc, veggies, iz all goooood.
Yeah, if you make a burrito properly it’s not necessarily a cheat meal. Just do it healthy. I have a breakfast burrito most mornings and I don’t consider it a cheat.

chipotle a cheat meal??? whattt??? i eat two in one sitting[/quote]
Every time I see the words ‘cheat meal’ it’s something like this. Unless you’re dieting down, why is this bad? It makes me wonder how people ever make gains when a tortilla filled with beans, rice and meat falls so far out of bounds of their diet as to be considered ‘cheating.’

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t cheat… not yet anyways.
However, given the opportunity to eat one of these bad boys I can say safely that I probably wouldn’t turn it down for health reasons
(before dieting I averaged 1 to 2 burritos a month)
I worked at a chipotle for over a year, there is NO way I would call it “fast food”
maybe quick service sure.
the meats are marinated and grilled or actually COOKED
the fajitas are ACTUALLY sauted(sp?)
the salsas are hand made
the guac is from FRESH avocados that we skin and mash up ourselves multiple times a day.
if anything gets to be low quality (example: fries from mcdonalds after they’ve sat there for two hours) the food is weighed, marked down and tossed out.
omg. chipotle is my first love, i didn’t think anybody ever went there on this site.
ahhhhhh
make it a little healthier, skip the burrito and rice. get fajita bowl.
ahhh. sorry about the poor grammar/punctuation/capitalization of letters etc. i’m way too tired
(Edit: Oh, by the way, my steak burrito (steak, fajitas, rice, mild salsa, hot salsa and cheese) makes for 16-24oz of post workout nutrition lmao. My recommendation if you get a burrito, ask them to cut it in half, makes two full meals.)
My cheatmeal is usually hardees mushroom and swiss burger, or a 5 cheese pasta or a huge fucking monstrous peanut butter and chocolate sauce sandwich with chocolate milk and cookies.
