update on the BF/Cardio program
during the trip to AZ, I had 2 bacon cheeseburgers and about 1 1/2 gallon of beer (kiltlifter, good shit).
and as you can imagine, this set me back on my BF goals…but I am back on track, have just over 30 days until the trip to Iceland and am determined to make it.
I found that the re-hab facility that we have my Moms in is just medicating her, and not getting her up and around, so we are fishing around for another facility. what do old people do that don’t have advocates?
so, goals are to limit the food intake, no alcohol and am going to run 1 mile 3 times a week in addition to the training. this should get me closer.
dinners will consist of small salads eaten prior to 6 pm. bfast of fruit. this oughta get me on the right track.
