My hunger level seems to be just fine. Im thinking i could even shave some more calories. Im entertaining getting some coaching from a guy named Jason Lewis, a natural physique competitor. Have you ever heard of him? He is proposing a metabolic reset method. Im gonna have a chat with him Thursday to see what i think.

Your losing. Stay the course. Worst thing you can do is drop too fast. Once your weight is stagnant for a week then drop 250cals in the form or carb/fats.

260 has been my stall point for a couple months now. I canāt seem to break that damn number. Maybe 258, 259 but than right back up.

But than I had to leave work early for a family emergency. Its been a rough week for my family. I think its best im just here to anchor everyone through this week. I hate missing my workouts but i thinks it best i just resume my split Monday. Especially with the funeral Saturday. Macro split ended a little off today due to thi gs happening around me but I kept my calories lower since i havent been in the gym for three days.

Can you meal prep or buy some food from a prep service so that you always have the right foods to eat? You doing great!

Yeah. I meal prep for breakfast and lunch throughout the week and normally cook my dinners throughout the week but its becoming clear i need to be a little more aggressive with making sure i have extra things for the weekends and evenings. I thought i would be able to keep up with the cooking on evenings and weekends but its not happening. Do you mean i should always eat the same food all the time? I want try to create baseling sustainable eating habits and than when its time to get down to the nitty gritty 14% to 12% dial it in to just a few foods that my body becomes really efficient at digesting. Let me know what you think.
