I’ve been eating tons of chicken breasts since I started lifting a year ago, and have always weighed the chicken for every meal on a digital scale, 150 grams for about 35 grams of protein. Yesterday I weighed the chicken after I had cooked it, and it had lost 50 grams!! I always figured that it would lose weight, but not this much.
My question is: If I cook 150 grams of chicken, am I losing 50 grams of only water weight or am I losing protein too?
