Been taking Chest Eze for the Eph (From Uk so only legal way of getting it!)
I take one with 2 Pro Plus, twice a day.
I dont get much of an effect from this compared to when i took Elite N’s Stack.
I read that it should supress appetite very effectively? But it doesnt for me!
Should i up the dosage?
Is has Ephedrine Hydrochloride Ph Eur 18.31mg - Per Tab
Would two be too much Ephedrine?

How long have you been taking it?
Typical EC dosage is 20-25mg Ephedrine, 200-300mg Caffeine 2-3x daily
Your current dose is 18.31mg E/ 130mg C 2x daily
Slowly increase the dose until you feel an effect. Work up to something like 1E/3C 3x daily.

Been on it for just over a week… will up it tomorrow and see if theres a better effect.
OK, see if that. works. Also fwiw it is not illegal to purchase Ephedrine in the UK, the law only governs the sale of it. So buying online is perfectly fine as long as it is for personal use. I believe anything up to a 2-3 month supply is acceptable at once.

Ahh i didnt know that! have you used any sites to order any in?
