Chest Fat/Moobs

Try zinc, I just recently read somewhere that some guys with zinc defeciencies will retain fat in their chest, or in other words…develop man boobs

I have had semi-hard deposists, with the cone type shape.

I added DIM a couple weeks ago, I’m also using Rez-v and ZMA.

(Just started ZMA a couple weeks ago as well).

I’m also leaning out.

Since I started DIM, the tissue seems to feel softer. Kind of hard to explain, but a couple guys I trust have advised that 1-3 months use of DIM at 2 or sometimes 3 times the daily dose often produces good results for the natural trainee.

We’ll see.

I wonder if the DIM (what is that by the way?) only works for hard deposits, or if it will make a difference if you have extra fatty tissue.

If you have hard deposits, it is most likely gyno and will need to be surgically removed. Supplements and anti-estrogens like Nolvadex and Clen may help, but nothing will completely get rid of it until you get it cut out!

Question…My nipples are only “puffy” when I’m sitting around being lazy

However, if it is even slightly cold, or I am working out… they are fine.

I am about 9% BF, but I have some chest fat. My question regarding the ZMA is, did you take it during a cutting or bulking phase? Presently, I am taking it during a bulking phase. Would it be better to take when in a calorie deficit?

Reviving a dead thread, I started my training in January of this year, I’m coming up on the 1 year mark and I still have moobs.

I’ve lost just about 50lbs since January…

I weighed in at 272 and as of today 225.2, I’ve been as low as 221 even.

I’ve changed drastically; however, my chest has not done shit…

Is ZMA the answer? I’m still working and my goal is just to look, hard to do with breasts. Well unless I’m planning on cross dressing…

The answer to your question is that ZMA may assist you in your quest to lose the chest fat.

I went on a cutting diet for 9 weeks losing 1-2lbs/wk. The last place I lost the fat from was my chest. I have a good six pack & my chest is more defined now. You may find that when you finally lose fat from the chest that you may not need to lose as much as you may think. I still carry some chest fat, but, because I worked very hard on chest/back exercises, the muscle which developed underneath the chest fat makes the fat less pronounced. You will have to get into 7-10%bf to lose this & if it is your most hard to lose fat area patience & time is what is needed most.

The ZMA helps with sleep & who knows it may provide some assistance after nutrition, weights & cardio in that order of importance. I will post an up to date pic of myself later.

Will the ZMA only have a visible effect if cutting? I’ve got itty bitty titties, but the rest of me is blocky enough that I’d think I’d have a flatter chest.

Thanks man, yeh I have no idea what my BF% is or what I started at but I knew it was 272 at 6’3" and unless I was some roided meathead that was not ok.

I envisioned my goal weigh at 225, but now that I’m here, it looks like 200 or lower is the right place for my fitness level.

Maybe I’ll just hold out til it really is the last thing holding me back from a “next level” physique… which I’m no where near.

I would look into anything and everything that helps remove brown fat IE, shut off those betareceptors.

take another 5 bcaas during workout, and another 7 after workout. with more creatine and glutamine.

than come home and shower
eat breakfast.

steak, eggs, grapefruit.

shake (slow digesting) make sure you get a hormone free organic brand of protein powder, mix half egg and half organic whey such as whey cool. 3 cla, 3 fish oil, and 3 strawberries.

lunch
huge salad.12 oz chicken olive oil.

1 can tuna, 2 eggwhites 1 yolk 1 tomato.

Working out on an empty stomach before resistance training is not good advice in my opinion. Maybe the empty stomach approach is okey with light intensity cardio (I still take some whey to prevent catabolism),

But prior to resistance training & HIIT you need a meal or at least a pre-workout drink in the body. Especially first thing in the morning or else you will crash during the workout making it counter-productive.

BULLSHIT you will crash when you load sugar in your body first thing. you will actually spare your stores. .

Don’t get so aggro.

Like I just said in another post, it’s obvious that you respond differently than the average trainee when it comes to supplements and diet, so it’s a huge mistake for you to think that most will respond similarly to you.

Arnold was gifted in many ways and could likely get away with doing many things that are not optimal for the average trainee. I’m pretty sure his adrenal glands are the size of a baseball.

If you have puffy nipples its usally due to an enlargement of the gland that sits behind, from what I understand drugs will not reverse this if it occured naturally.

I wouldent waste my time or money on pills when you can just get the surgery and be 100% satisfied.

I too am suffering from gyne and have been looking around the web. I found gyne forum which discusses non-surgical cure which looks like can be obtained cheaply over the web, and its not one of these herbal potions but rather a topical treatment called Andractim. Has anybody tried this product?
