A bison burger with cheddar on a nice wheat roll is delish! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. Hell there is low fat beef (93% lean) which is great to eat. Throwing a piece of semi-skim mozzerella or cheddar on it wont make a difference except make it taste real damn good.

for seven years i’ve been training, but i did not start supplementing with oral steroids until about 2000.
yeah, i walked into gnc and bought everystack they sell.
i had never realized i was using anything until, the big controversy late 2004.
still not satisfied though.
