'Cheater's Diet' Questions

Just a couple of quick questions I don’t want to bother Joel with. For those who have used this program…

1- Which phase did you see the most dropped weight…Priming or Core phase?

2- When you got into the Core Phase approximately how much where you losing per week?

3- Where you able to preserve most of your lean mass will using this diet?

Joel has specifically asked that people do not post information about the diet on any public forums, so you may not get much response to this.

I lost over 10lbs in the priming phase.

I’m only in the second week of the core phase so really can’t comment of how that is going.

So far I haven’t lost any strength.

I’m not going to post any information or specifics about the diet so please don’t ask.

No, I am not asking for specifics at all. My g/f and I are also in this latest test group (although we are 2 weeks behind). I was just curious about what progress people are seeing in the core phase. I definitely don’t want to breach Joel’s confidence by asking for specifics.

Ok, I see.

Well as you can see I had good fat loss in priming phase, and I had good results in the first week of the normal phase.

Unfortunately I have had a bad week so far this week, some unforeseen work stuff has made it next to impossible to stick to the diet for the last two days so I have been slightly “off piste”. I have managed to keep my kcals down to the right ball park so am hoping to continue making progress.

From what I understand this is a ‘newer tweaked version’ so the results should reflect the changes.

I have read that entire thread btw and I still had some questions.
