Cheat To Lose Diet Macros

I’ve bought Joel Marions’ Cheat To Lose book and read all 35 pages of the original thread looking for some details to help me follow this diet successfully. In particular, I’d like to know how many calories Joel recommends per day and what the macros should be for each type of day (e.g., low carb days: 40% Protein / 40% Fat / 20% Carbs; low GI/GL days: 40% / 30% / 30%; etc.). In the original thread, Joel sent people a spreadsheet to help them figure this out, but he doesn’t seem to be offering this any more.

Does anyone here have any guidelines or, if they received the spreadsheet from Joel, can you share what you learned? It would me to follow the diet a lot. Thanks!

So, I figured he was not monitoring that thread anymore. So I contacted him through one of his own websites asking about the CTL macro spreadsheet (and referencing the thread on T Nation). But I never heard from him.
