Jesus, that’s nasty. Olive oil and Grow!!
This is what I do.
3 scoops VANILLA Grow! - 60g protein
1 cup whole milk
1 cup juice (i usually use apple
1 cup water
1/2 cup raw rolled oats
fruit (I usually use frozen blueberries)
1 tbsp. Raw Honey
1 handful crushed walnuts
crushed ice
optional (1 tbsp. ground up flax seeds) you can get these at GNC for 7 bucks.
mix in a blender - damn tasty, which will keep you drinking them. As you can see other than the Grow, the ingredients are pretty cheap.
drink 2-3 of these a day plus your regular 4-5 meals and you’ll bulk up in no time.
-Neutral Whey powder, add it to all your savory dishes-- the flavor is barely changed and the calories add up fast and they’re good calories
-To stay on a clean diet, just learn to eat more of the same healthy foods, opting to eat more of the calorie dense (meat, whole grains) rather than trying to eat more low cal/filling foods (salad greens and the like)
-And please, by all means, don’t get desperate and go to the fast food places and eat burgers, fries, shakes

Coconut works wonders for bulking. I buy the whole coconuts for $1.25 each, and chew big chunks of that through the morning and early afternoon. One coconut typically lasts me a couple days.
Other nuts and seeds are great for bulking too: walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnut, brazil, pecan, macademia, pistachios, sunflower, pumpkin, etc. Nuts and seeds are high in protein and good fats, and they hold down the appetite quite well.
Of course there’s nut and seed butters too, if that’s a more convenient delivery method. Check a health food store if you’re interested in different varieties, such as almond or cashew butter.
Thanks for everyone’s input, greatly appreciate it.
I will definitely try some of these foods.
I gotta tell you though, I don’t live in the States, so some of these foods you might get cheap are quite expensive round here.
About olive oil, I definitely agree with that, I actually sip it troughout the day.
I eat about 10 eggs a day.
