Are wraps considered raw in the APA? And are you unracking with a pseudo-split stance?

Thanks. Wraps are considered raw in the APA so i figured I’d try using them… I’m playing with my unrack but right now the “pseudo-split stance” feels most natural.
Videos are helping me immensely as I train alone.
I need to point my elbows down more in my squat and stop “popping” my butt up as I initiate my heavy pulls.
I have a love / hate relationship with the flat bench press…mostly hate. I boycotted benching for about 6 years. We’re trying to work things out now.

Did some chins and called it.
Plan is to just do main lifts and sharpen them leading up to the meet. This meet is a warm-up for me so I can gauge what I can do. I have an experienced trainer building my next training cycle based on what I do in dec.
