What a terrible week for training. My work schedule started at 7am every morning and ended close to 10 every night. No time for training, awful food, crappy accommodations.

The best part of this trip was it made me literally appreciate every aspect of my life back home.

Onward and upward.

Decided to

Sometimes that’s the best thing that can come of a bad experience.

That’s good lifting! Any special reason you’re listing weights to hundredth of a pound?

That’s how my app breaks it down…I’m literally just “cut an pasting” the data. These are still the easy lifting weeks.

Maybe you ought to give the DL challenge a go?

Really nice cage you have and gym setup in general.

Great pic of you with the deer. Looks like you have a really solid physique.

Lungs on fire, body feeling like I just finished round 10 with Hagler…Yes, today was The Prowler Workout.

40 yards w/180 lbs 8 round trips.

It was all I could do to get it back in the house after that. I’m fortunate to have a long driveway so I can do these whenever I want to.
