right, I was just discussing how much he’d have to weigh at a great height. Also, please edit the libel from your post, I never said anything about a tall clone.

Oh.
How much would he have to weigh at 6’2" to look EXACTLY the same?
lol I did not say he could look EXACTLY the same, so I’m not going to answer that shit. agree to disagree

Another thread spiraling down the drain.

Agreed. The record is skipping again.
I give up, I am just being trolled hard here.
Here are my closing remarks, and I didnt want to have to go here mind you. You are a big hypocrit and I will prove it. You have pics in your hub of you very fat with a noticable gut, lets be honest, looks like you dont even lift and are extremely unhealthy. You now are much leaner, almost have abs. You even posted pics of you(abliet with a shirt on) closer to 290 as you claim. You are now much lighter and much leaner I repeat.
You have in fact been dieting and leaning out. You have been influenced by Zraw/Stu, you have been influenced by the constest arguments so you can prove people wrong. You are proof, perhaps the most extreme and most conrete of the proof that there is a ‘changing of the guard’.
Thank you so much for taking my thread that was aimed at the community at large, and turning it into a thread about you. Congratulations. You win the internet.

I jst hoped on this to get some weight loss advice LOL I am at a weight where it is a little more obvious I want to lose weight… But I can’t read the traditional “run and eat like a bird” because I play football, OG and I want to get stronger and keep my muscle while I do it… My personal goal is to be a jacked up 290 and no I wont wear size 36 pants!! LOL and I wont have cronic BO because I don’t now at 350 nor do I run short of breath walking up a hill LOL…

There was a “changing of the guard”.
Did you miss it too?
Yeah, I missed when that happened. I still don’t really know what to write about being 170lbs and supper lean as the ‘new in thing’ for this site.

Really?
So why listen to someone like Zraw about diet at all?
Here’s why: Zraw can actually write a diet based on someone’s goals and make appropriate adjustments along the way to the goal. This involves knowing what foods provide what macronutrients and calories as well.
That’s pretty much the only reason someone needs to listen to someone about diets for this.

Here’s what you need to be jacked at 290 without being fat:
- Plenty of anabolics.
- Excellent genetics.
- Good training.
- Proper nutrition.
Think you can do it?

Gonna need some GH in there. The rest can only take you so far.
Professor X wrote:
How could this ruin physiques? Building muscle to over 200lbs ruined physiques?
In some cases, when the bulk was way past 200.
If they gained some fat, they just need to diet it off. What got “ruined”?
In some cases when the bulk was too severe, it resulted in less skin tautness and miserable, overextended, starvation dieting and training to get rid of problem areas, all of which could have been avoided if a more tempered approach was taken.

Dam near topping 260lbs i starting to be a pain in the ass and all the extra is just dead weight. Does it make me look bigger? in clothes yeah.
But…
Fuck that i wana be healthier! BP is 150/100 and im 26.
I sweat quite a lot, but i don’t smell bad.
Losing breath up stairs etc
It all sucks, wana get rid as much of this fat as possible.
Want my body to ‘work’ better, better hormones, insulin resistance, cv system. athleticism etc…
Don’t get me wrong, once get rid of it, i wana try and get bigger the right way!
Thanks for the post.
Yeah, I was being a little tongue-in-cheek with my post. But much of it is true for many permabulkers, even by some of their own admission.
I know you can do it. And you might even feel a whole lot better.

I do understand that. What you do not seem to understand is that this thread was aimed at a lot of the people that now have similar opinions and goals as I do and I want to point out that I am happy because of that. This is not a debate on limits or setpoints. Marzouk and HT are a great example and Zraw is doing something great by helping them achieve these goals.
What are your opinions and goals?
You seem to not want to be that big…which would mean there is no reasn to bulk up much…which would mean that advice is not for someone like you.
You wouldn’t need to bulk up much to hit 170lbs.
Yeah, tell me about it. Here’s my friend at 5’9" and I THINK 190. He has toned his legs down quite a bit. He was even bigger at one point.
NATURAL!

He plays offensive line. Being 6’4"+ will be number 1 on that list for him.

Being 6’4 doesn’t matter because I am not trying to play in the NFL, I have good genetics, good training, I’m here to work on proper nutrition… I don’t need anabolic because I will be at what I consider “jacked” when yall would still call it fat… I carry much more weight in my legs then the average person from years of squatting and power cleaning 3 days a week…
Good luck Krummdiddy! Do you have a photo of the physique you are hoping to attain? Obviously your goals are more performance related than look wise but losing some body fat can only help your speed and quickness. Does your offensive scheme
Require you to do a good amount of pulling?

I don’t have any pics, we run a no-huddle zone scheme so quickness and conditioning will come in handy big time. Obviously I don’t plan on getting all the weight off in one offseason but I have a halfway point as a goal, 315 by the end of this calendar year is my minimum goal.
