ohh…JeffR…it is Big_Boss…not “big” boss. Trust me,its no overstatement.
Say something positive about Hillary Clinton. Or Bill if you prefer.

She has the best grasp of foreign policy of any democratic candidate and better than some republicans.

His negatives have excluded him.

JeffR: a picture of you with the president!

Something positive? Ok, Bill gets blow jobs whenever he wants and Hillary has big balls!

As one scans over the forum, you can see various loon threads critical of George Bush.
I wanted to challenge some loons directly.
I challenge lixy/pookie/bradley-lumpy-100meters/bota/tme/lifty/“big” boss and inner child (hulk) to post something positive about George Bush.
I’m not talking about the inevitable inane “He did choke on a pretzel” or “He’ll be leaving soon.” If you type one of those smartass comments, I hope you have an itch in your eye that lasts for 412 days.
I seriously don’t think the above mentioned loons are capable of lauding a decision Bush has made.
I’d like to be proven wrong.

Wrong. Ulysses S. Grant was the worst President in history. He legitimized the entity we now know as “Lobbyists.” Need I say that lobbyists subvert the Will of the People? And his crony style government was still worse than what we have today.
Edit: Just my opinion!

Bush is certainly in the Top 5 worst presidents. And if you hate lobbyists, I suppose you won’t vote for Fred Thompson (career lobbyist)?
Bush is driving a stake into the heart of the Republican Party. The fracture in the party is largely a result of Bush’s incomptence and the Rovian gutter politics that Bush embraced.
Bush absolutely trashed the popular myths that
-Republicans believe in less spending/small government/fiscal responsibility
-that Republicans are more ethical/responsible than Democrats
-that Republicans are good on security issues/defense.
So, as much as I complain about Bush, I also absolutely LOVE what he’s doing to damage the GOP… way more serious than anything Move On or Code Pink could ever dream up, let alone accomplish. Go Bush!
He liberated the people of Iraq…
Imagine what Bush could have acomplished with Clinton’s charisma, public speaking capability, and all around skills as a politician. That would’ve been something.
Some positives for Bubba:
-Don’t ask don’t tell is, IMHO, a good policy.
-FMLA
-Unending charisma, and the ability to sell himself.

Now that the easiest challenge in the history of time and the universe has been met multiple times, where’s little Jeffry?
Odd how he suddenly becomes scarce when he’s shown to be wrong.
Brave and honest, yup, that’s our Jeffry. A stand-up guy who ain’t afraid to face the music.

Bush’s attitude toward a credible presidency: “Not My Job”.
Bush goes into gaffe overdrive
These gaffes are what happens when his intentions were askew from the start. Time to retire.

Actually JeffR’s expressions are like a call of the loon in the night, from the movie he’s producing, On Holden “OUT”.
LOL

In spite of the condition of the Republican Party - the Dems are in even worse shape. Having mouth pieces like Pelosi and Reid is just embarrassing, and most rational people on the left know this.
You will watch another Republican be sworn into the Oval Office come January '09.
It must suck to be so loyal to a party that can’t win against the current version of Republicans.
That explains a lot of your anger at Bush: utter embarrassment/shame in your own party.

What would Freud have to say about this post? (j/k)
While Bush turned out to be more a minion of America’s ‘Sixty Families’ (you know, the folks with tons of old money) than the conservative we hoped he was, I think he has done some good things, such as appointing Justice Roberts.
Bedding Condi would be another… ![]()

Especially if the Dems are dumb enough to nominate Hillary. She’s got more baggage than an overloaded cargo plane.

Rainjack predicted Delay’s continuing success.
Basically, based on his prediction, a dem victory is guaranteed.
