This is an excellent site and you are doing a great job of keeping it together.
Your level of moderating is fine as it is. I am sick to death of political correctness. People should be allowed to express themselves freely and show themselves up as a bigot or idiot or whatever. And people should NOT have to be “protected” from the “harsh opinions of others” - we are not little children.
The products are excellent and anyone who rubbishes them is an idiot, competitor, or using them as shampoo instead of ingesting them.
I post on other sites (financial) that have a rating system, also you could post comments on a person that stay with their profile. So you could check out a persons’ profile and it would have several comments on their reputation e.g “magarhe really knows his stuff, is helpful and trustworthy” … this system may be useful, I do not know. Perhaps only certain people would be allowed to rate another persons’ reputation.
I hope you guys are making so much money on the products that running this site is a trivial expense. I wouldn’t expect negative (sabotage) comments on here to affect your sales because surely the products speak for themselves???
