Has anyone had any success juicing celery in an attempt to lower BP? I read in a powerlifting magazine years ago of the success many lifters have in lowering bp via the juicing of celery. Thanks in advance for comments/opinions.

Interesting! I stick to a low-sodium diet for BP control, but I’m curious about celery juice. Anyone have experience tracking their BP before and after trying it?
Not necessarily with celery juice, but by reducing sodium and increasing potassium mine went from really good to almost too good.
That alone can often reduce it from unhealthy/borderline clinical to a good range.
Im not going to venture a guess for anybody else, cuz mileage may vary.
