Celebrities Neurotype

In this topic, ask for quick, by quesswork analyzis of your favorite celebrities neurotypes (obviously it is hard to do it 100% right without more information, this is just for quick fun estimates).

Pavel Tsatsouline - 3B?
Phil Heath - 3A?
Harry Potter - 2A?
Ronie Coleman - 1B???

I will not engage in any of that. I cannot evaluate someone’s neurotype without knowing how they really are, or at least being able to ask them questions. And if ME, who is the creator of neurotyping cannot do it, you shouldn’t do it either

I would love to quickly recognize, what neurotype person is, even without officially diagnoze them or telling them, so I wanted to train this sense on celebs.

If somebody is asking about himself (“which neurotype i am?”), I dont know him, so I will not learn as much, as if I ask about somebody famous.

You did write that Meadows is 3A and 5/3/1 is 3B, this information can be super helpfull for this neurotypes as they can easilly follow their systems. Because of this I asked about Ronnie, Phil and Pavel.

But I think I lot about neurotypes even outside physical training, thats why I asked about Harry Potter

Especially is Pavel Tsatsouline and this StrongFirst style more for 3B?

You know, reading Pavel and similar, I felt very quilty, that I change my training too often. Often I tried to stick with one training longer and was really losing motivation at the end. Discovering your system was huge relief for me as I learned, that I CAN actually change my training more often. Now I am finally very consistent for months.

I know John and Jim and have met them personally which is why I am capable of saying what is their neurotype… some with Paul Carter (2B/3A), Charles Poliquin (1A), Dave Tate (1B) and John Rusin (2A) because I’ve met them and know how they are. BTW Jim is a 1A and 531 is a 1A program BUT can also be done by a type 3/3B like most percent-based programs.

You can’t really evaluate someone simply by looking at how they train. It’s about their personality, their response to stress, the way they interact with people, their non-verbal cues.

That’s why I cannot evaluate someone without knowing how they are.

Are you developing some tools for managing the profiles and increase his cognitive performance for their challenges, goals, etc?

I mean the way you can talk with each neurotype for unleashing their potential in some areas.

When I teach seminars I explain how to interact/coach each type. But there are no “trick” to suddenly unlock “magic powers”.
