I would go maintenance on the IR personally. I think your rt3 is going to come back high, which means stress management; psychologically, physically, immunologically etc.
I like taking a legion multivitamin. It appears to be the most comprehensive. It also contains selenium and vitamin k2 which is difficult to find in tandem. K2 is important when supplementing with d3 from a calcium transport perspective. K2 is to calcium in the presence of d3 much like insulin is to glucose.
Not a lot to update today other than my body temps are consistently low and I’ve started making a metabolic temp graph as I indicated previously to detect Thyroid and/or Adrenal issues.
Main reason for update is to ask for input on my labs I am going to request tomorrow

Sorry to hear about the doc troubles. It’s shocking to me that someone who goes into medicine would have his head so far up his ass. After all, you’d think someone who would subject themselves to that many years of grueling work and crippling debt would have a vested interest in HELPING people…
