Common side effects include (but are not limited to):
-Extreme muscle growth, making it nearly impossible to fit into existing clothes. You may need to buy new ones a few months after using T-Nation.
-Increased aggression. You may get ticketed for passing old ladies in no passing lanes, or other road rage related tickets.
-Larger difference in upper body size compared to waist size. You may start to feel off balance due to all of this extra muscle weight added to you body in a short time.
-People may become jealous and think you spend too much time in the gym. They won’t believe you when you tell them that you never stay there more than an hour at a time, and no more than 2 days in a row. This can lead to taling behind your back and fake smiles when passing you in a hall.
-You may find that walking through doorways may become more difficult the longer you use T-Nation
-Members of the opposite sex may stalk you, so be on the look-out at all times.
Okay, seriously, in the last couple of months following advice I got here, I’ve improved more than ever before, and this is after already considering myself in shape. I definitely want to post before and after pics, but I’m going to wait since I know I can get much better.
Special thanks to Chad Waterbury and his articles (among others, but his has given me the best results so far).
I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS MUCH INFORMATION IS FREE ON THE INTERNET!!!
-Makes your workouts AND you look totally different from all the metrosexual ninnies who spend all their time doing arm supersets and gazing longingly into the mirror at themselves.
Grammar seemed good (or is it well?) enough for Microsoft word. I corrected my spelling just for you though.
Yea, I know I’d go a lot farther (or is it further?) in life if I spelled right (or is it correctly) on internet forums. Damn you grade school!! Thank God for spell check though when it comes to grammar and spelling (I think that’s a run-on sentance too). Sure helps me in college.

LOL!
I love T-Nation!
My friends see me getting “hotter” - as I like to say - and they ask me all kinds of questions… I try to answer them to sound smart… but in the end, I always ending up telling them about this site, rather than misleading them.
Thanks to all the great posts and advice
The only thing I don’t like is that it didn’t exist when I was in my teens… but I guess I’ll just have to work harder to make up for lost time.[/quote]
Amen! I needed T-Nation when I was 20yo, about 82kg and trying to tackle 100+kg front-row forwards playing rugby union! Power cleans would have really helped my leg drive in that situation…
