Casein Protein

i am talking about protein powder.

Does anybody know of any cheap manufacturers that make it?/

I am poor, but i feel like i am missing out on the powdered form. and it seems like casein costs twice as much as whey.

thanx in advance.

Hey man, I’m poor too buddy. Buy a case of “100% rolled oats” oatmeal. It’s a dirt cheap source of quality casein protein. For a good “poor man’s” post-workout shake buy one of those shitty “weight gainer” drinks that are high in maltodextrin, mix it with your (WalMart) whey protein powder and eat a bowl of oatmeal w/ your shake. It’s like ghetto Metabolic Drive.

Majority of the protein in milk is casein protien. A quart of milk has 32 grams of protein and is like $2. I drink a gallon of milk a day, thats 144 grams of protein for less than $5!

100% Casein from Optimum Nutrition is what I buy. Look for deals on the web, don’t buy jack shit from GNC.

GNC has a casien protein called PM protein, which is decently priced.

well there is a damn fine product right here on this site  In the store Metabolic Drive id check that out
