Casein Hydrolysate

I really like it. It sounds as if Ted Toalston does not. Based on my taste buds I wouldn’t have thought that possible, but it is true that different people have different opinions about taste of leucine and typical hyrolysates. To me they are only moderately bad, while Anaconda tastes good. But to some people leucine and typical hydrolysates are just awful, and so perhaps to them, while the hydrolysate in Anaconda is not the same, to them it may not be delicious, but it’s hard for me to imagine anyone would find it genuinely a problem. I was very, very pleasantly surprised myself.

I can’t imagine Anaconda NOT being a huge improvement over the taste of straight Leucine + CH (even the de-bittered stuff). It’s not that the taste is that horrible, it’s just that it reminds me of what I imagine my insoles of my gym shoes would taste like.

I know this question has prob been answered, but is Hydrolyzed Casein and Hydrolyzed Caseinate (PeptoPro) the same thing essentially, just the PeptoPro doesn’t taste as bad? I’m planning on buying either one and don’t want to regret paying double for PeptoPro just because it tastes better but sacrifice a degree of hydrolysis.

ebomb5522, PeptoPro contains 70-80% small di- and tri-peptides which are directly absorbed with digestion, and I believe Hydrolyzed Casien is in the range of 50-70%, which will be a slightly lower count. But out of all of the protein products available, the Hydrolyzed Casein and the PeptoPro are the two closest products in terms of fastest digestion for maximum effectiveness. Hydrolyzed Whey would be the third best choice, but I am not sure on the percentage of small di- and tri- peptides.

Thank’s a lot Italiano. I just purchased some Hydrolyzed Casein…yum haha.
