That’s one place to start, for sure. Stick with the plan, track progress week to week, and adjust things as needed.[/quote]

will do my man; and keep you posted

i went for my cardio session today… i’m not nearly very fit at all but i never feel pukish ; after the 3rd full effort 120 metre sprint that’s exactly what happened… i wanted to do 5 but decided against it!! i would ask all of you to do a session if nothing else. do it for kicks…

When talking about cardio, SS, etc… where does walking fall in? I’m not talking like 10 percent incline at 5.5mph; I mean like a moderate 2-3 percent incline in the 3-4mph range for under an hour. Do I need to be worrying about “doing too much too soon” if I’m lifting 4 times/week, 30 min. of HITT 2x/week, and walking 2-3x/week?

i have managed to drop 18 and a quarter pounds in 20 weeks ;with definite increase in strength…but now i feel the rate has slowed down verymuch, to like a pound in 3, maybe 4 weeks…
i’ve done plenty of things in these 20 weeks, 5 lifting sessions a week being the constant, with 3 weeks in between when i did daily fasted cardio; been doing 1 cardio session per week lately…also used oxy elite pro for 4 weeks in between!!

i’m currently 203 lbs maybe 20? at 5’8"…at around 2200 cals/day; 2500/ tues and sat
aiming to hit 180 lbs by year end (though there isnt a deadline, its just beach season in india )

Unless you’re a pure figure athlete like a bodybuilder or a powerlifter who wants nothing but higher numbers, imo walking cannot be considered cardio and should be done as frequently as possible.

Just standing and moving about is the same.

Walking can be considered cardio when you’re doing it with a sizable incline and at a speed that far exceeds your normal walking speed though.
