Cardarine Recommended Dosage?

What’s the recommended dosage for Cardarine? Any tips? Never used it before and I’m looking to add it to my Test E/Tren E/Winny cycle. Has anyone used it with these compounds before? How were your results?

I don’t know anything about cardarine. I know it’s a SARM, but that’s the extent of my knowledge. Care to enlighten me on what it is? I know I could do a google search… but I’m feeling lazy today

I’ve used it. 20mg/day. Will help with the cardio issues caused by tren.

I have some that is 10mg and some that is 20mg, from a compounding pharmacy. But it fucks my stomach up so I never take it

It def helps with cardio whether on or off , helps with cholesterol and has been said to be a fat burner …

What are the downsides?

The company who was researching it dropped it because it massively increased the risk of cancer. We can argue human vs rat dosage, if those specific rats normally have higher rates of cancer, etc. But the company thought it was too risky at the end of the day.

Rats got cancer when they used 40 times the normal dosage for their weight compared to human dose.

As stated above the dose “recommendations” seem to be 10 - 20mg a day. More plates more dates has some interesting stuff about it (including references). He notes he couldn’t find a half life cited anywhere but seeing as the trials dosed daily it would seem to be 24 hours. On a lot of “bro” sites people mention taking just before a work out.

Does anyone know if its mode of action would work that fast or if its the same if you take it same time every day?

According to Wikipedia

it is a

GW501516 is a selective agonist (activator) of the PPARδ receptor. It displays high affinity (K= 1 nM) and potency (EC50= 1 nM) for PPARδ with > 1,000 fold selectivity over PPARα and PPARγ.

But that might as well be Klingon for all I can understand.

(edited for typo).
