I have noticed the more Good carbs I eat and at appropriate times, the stronger and more fuller my muscles look. I have to eat many more carbs than is usually recommended but if I don’t I feel weak and my muscles look smaller. Does anyone else feel like they eat more carbs than the typical recommended ratios? Its almost like complex carbs do more for me than high protein.
I’m a carb man myself. I don’t really care if I put on a little bit of fat. I lift weights almost always 7 days a week so I need a shit load of carbs and calories in general to keep me going. I don’t see anything wrong with it as long as you are growing, and not just in the waistline
Pretty well… do what works… there are no ‘set rules’ only guidelines… we’re all different…
