What would be the best diet during a 2 month phase of Carbolin 19 and Methoxy-7? I’ve got 2 bottles of each for the summer and would like to use them as best as possible.
My goals are basically what Carbolin 19 and Methoxy-7 do, shred a bit of fat, and gain a bit of muscle. I’m just curious as to how much Protien/Carbs/Calories I should be consuming during this time. I’m not looking for huge muscle gains, or huge fat loss, just a bit of both to improve my overall muscle:weight ratio.
Thanks in advance!
I second this question as i am doing exactly the same. GriffinC, are you using the max dose of Carbolin 19 or just 40mg? I am going to use a massive eating type strategy but plan my carb/protein meals as such: first meal in morning, during workout, post workout, and 45 min post workout. i will then keep my protein/fat meals in between the others and make sure i get one before bed.
i will aim for around 200 g of carbs a day (non-vegetable) from original oatmeal and get the rest from fruits and veggies. i am also considering using creatine but i am not sure about the water retention as i would still want to look shredded for the summer. this is all at a weight of 185 at 6’0" and around 9% bf. i dropped 20 lbs over three months (V-Diet and a carb cycling type diet). Hope this helps GriffinC, let me know what you think, as well as the rest of the experts on here.
I don’t know that I’d say there’s any specific diet that I could recommend in a blanket-like fashion. Rather, my best recommendation if these are your goals, is to consume the amount of calories, and whatever macronutrient ratio, which is more or less a “maintenance” level for you.

I’m probably gunna stick to wat Cy said, a matinence type diet. Massive eating doesn’ change much for me because that’s how I always eat. I’ll be on the normal recommended dosage. Let’s hope some other Methoxy-7 vets chime in

Follow-up question:
If I’m consuming MORE protien, more carbs, and more calories, will I still get the fatlost benefits of Carbolin 19 and Methoxy-7?
Thanks.

Not likely. No compound is going to defy thermodynamic law. They can help decrease the amount of fat gained, but they are not going to allow you to reduce fat mass while on a hypercaloric diet.

So if I were to remain on my normal clean diet, would I still gain some LBM? I’m not looking for any huge results here, just better overall body comp.

If consuming at least a maintenance level of calories, yes, you can gain LBM.
Thanks Cy! Just wanted to clear that up, you’ve been a great help.
hi, im new to the site and i have found it very informative. I would just like to know where i can find this Carbolin 19…Also i would like to know, when reading through some of these threads, i came across a supplementation plan of alpha male, Methoxy-7 and Carbolin 19… is that a good stack? im wanting to try new supplements and im trying to find a good solid stack. I can gain weight fairly easy but losing and keeping fat off is a pain in the arse. Finding a diet also that works well is another challenge. Currently doing a low carb/ cycle carb diet. if anyone has any suggestions i would most appreciate them. thank you
Read the site, my friend… read. You have a lot of reading to do!
