I am eating my carbs for the day at breakfast and before workout. I am good with breakfast but i dont hit the gym for 3 hours after my carb lunch. I think that that is an acceptable time to eat but I was wondering what you thought.
Why don’t you ingest your pre-workout carbs within say an hour of your workout? Technically you’re eating before your workout, but three hours before? I don’t think you’re getting the bang for your buck with such a time lapse.

I wake up and make breakfast and finish by 0630 then I am at work at 0730 eating again at 0930, 1130 then 1330 I leave work at 1600 and make it to the gym by 1630. I use all my breaks to eat so that is why I eat 3 hours before.
