I have been carb cycling for 15 days now having one high carb day 3 low carb days and 3 medium days per week, that being said my progress has been good to date but I feel flat. Would it be beneficial to either add another medium day or add another high carb day?

5’5’’ 170 when I began roughly 164-165 as of today.
Currently
one high carb day consisting of 495 grams of carbs, 210 grams protein, 0 fat
three medium carb days consisting of 250 grams of carbs, 210 grams of protein around 50 grams of fat
three low carb days consisting of max 165 grams of cabrs, 210-240 grams protein, the remainder fat
training four days a week, no cardio
I forgot to mention obviously this is for cutting purposes, roughly 12% bf when starting maximum 13%, would like to drop that into the single digits anywhere from 7-9%

How are you planning on 0 grams of fat - you mean added fats? - overall your fat seems pretty low, and I’m almost certain that your not ‘flat’ at your current weight with the amount of carbs you are eating. Take that with a pinch of salt as I realize that some have a super-efficient metabolism that can handle lots of carbs…
What type of training are you doing? High/low volume, upper/lower, body part? On firs glance given the limited info and no pictures, I’d say add some HITT and/or prowler/sled work in to start with. As carbs are high you’ve got plenty of wiggle room if progress stalls.
