Wow, I remember hearing about him being pissed. I wonder what he honestly thought of Ledger’s portrayal. As much as I do love the Burton version, watching it now it does seem a little too campy.

If you watch Christian Slater and how he acts and even how he moves his eyebrows you’ll see that he seems a lot like Jack Nicholson. I didn’t check but I’m sure there’s a youtube video or 12 about it.
I didn’t notice either for a while until someone else mentioned it and it was like one of those Magic Eye pics that looks like crap till you unfocus and then it turns cool 3D.
ledger played a more believable, more unstable Joker. Jack’s Joker just seemed like a sadist, whereas Heath’s came off more as someone with an agenda.
