im in a rough spot at the moment cant get enough food each day due to alot of reasons, but im still training at a decent level. its looking like its gonna be this way for a few more months, till i find some work.
is this bad for my body ?
what effects will it have on my body ?
will i gain muscle and loss fat ?
or just maintain the muscle i have and loose muslce from less worked areas ?
im able to eat eggs and rice and wheat based bread and some beans and onion maybe 3 times a day.
also do eggs have the full spectrum of ammino acids ? like can my body build cells with just eggs or are they incomplete.
am i at a higher risk of overtraining should i tone it down a bit in the gym ?
Yes, you are at risk of “overworking” your body without enough food. However, how do you think broke college students do it? I made in college and didn’t have any supplements at all. I just had some girlfriends who happened to have more money than me and a Wendy’s near by with a 99 cent menu. I’ll be waiting for the mob of 150lb’ers to spend several pages screaming about how you will die should you eat like that when the money is tight.

i said lots of reason, i just moved to inida they dont eat meat here its like a sin against god they kill people who eat cows here. alot of people also dont eat eggs or nothing and im talking the majority of the country, so they are hard to find. no wendys here, there is macdonalds(macdonalds only serves vegie burgers and chicken/vegie paddy burgers)
and pizza hut(all veg to) but there like good upper class resteruants here so they have higher prices. all i can serouisly find is eggs, rice, bread and some vegies, whey protein is here spent 2 weeks looking around the city for it but its got a 70% import tax on it FOR FUCK SAKE !!! the men here on average are 5’7 and 60kgs there all like 13 year old boys its messed up i wanna scream EAT MEAT from a mega phone !!!
There are risks moving to India. There’s nothing wrong with eggs, rice, and beans. Just eat more eggs and beans. Don’t eggs come from chickens? Can’t you eat the chickens when they get old? Be creative.
Because he recommended eating wendys, and I want to know if he is the type of person that doesn’t have problems getting fat. I know he would say not to worry about fat so much, but honestly if I personally ate junk food I would frigging explode with fat.

Prof X: Just wondering, did you have a visible six pac before you started training/dieting?[/quote]
I had my body fat tested at 10% as a high school senior at a Bally’s Presidents and First Lady’s. I weighed about 150lbs (155 at the most). What does that have to do with this thread at all? I don’t know what your goals are, however, if they involve truly changing your physique and adding more muscle than just “a l’il bit”, it will more than likely require a period of bulking up to some degree. I am not sure why this comes as a shock to some of you.

I am goig to display a lot of ignorance here but hopefully I will learn something.
Are there some parts of india or some segments of Hindus that do eat meat. I am just curious as I have many traditional indian friends who eat meat, I went out last night and had the best chicken saag that I have ever eaten at an indian restaurant and some traditional indian recipes incorporate meat. I understand that part of this is westernisation of Indian culture outside of India but I wonde if there are other factors inside of India.
I guess what I am trying to find out is that is the part of India that you are in very strict Hindu, are there areas nearby where the consumption of meat is acceptable, can you go over to the next town and binge on chicken?

yeah the warrior castes are allowed to eat meat (only chicken and lamb and goat) the muslims eat meat but its like pigeon and dirty meats. but the people who eat meat do it maybe a few times a week and its from a restarunt which is costly there are no meat delhis or butchers here. i found one shop in a suburb 2 hours drive away that sells chicken legs for whole sale you have to buy like 100 at a time they come in sealed packs. and they cost heaps.
my best bet is to get a job so i can have money to buy the over priced whey protein they sell here and just eat that like theres no tommorrow, its dangerous to eat any meat here also, keep in mind its like the 4th most polluted country in the world with 1 billion people.
im just worried my bodys gonna blow out on me or im gonna loose all my hard earned muslce before i can find a job
yeah the restarunts overseas arnt indian really, they change the food so it suits the tastes of westerns, same with chinese you will find some things the same like the breads and rices but its not the same as here

Where are you getting this information? You obviously know very little about Indian culture. What city are you located in?
India is the largest secular democratic country in the world with religious freedom. Nobody is going to kill you for eating meat. Indians are very accepting of other religions.
There are hundreds of Indian dishes that contain meat. I just ate butter chicken last night from an Indian restaurant. You should try learning something about a country before you move there.

Alot of the dishes in indian restaurants that are outside of india are’nt that common within india itself. Britain’s national dish - Chicken Tikka Masala sounds indian but it is reported to have been made in England.
But there are some high protein meals available…
Try looking for ‘Paneer’ - its a dish made mostly of cheese.
Lentil dishes are also commonplace in india so look for something called ‘Muserandi’ dhal.
And also try and find almond milk.
Remeber alot of items in india can be haggled down, so when you do visit restaurants try and sort out deals.
