if you go to your “cell” theres a link in the top right corner, you get people to click that link whih brings up the “you want to challenge soandso” screen the person creates a brute then they become your pupil, its like referrals. thing is though you only gain experience when they level up, so if u make 100 pupils you have to at least get them all to level 2 in order to gain the 100 exp.
